For occupied spaces we default to low-VOC, low-odour paints (typically Dulux Trade Ecosure or Little Greene Intelligent) and phase the work by zone so the business keeps running. For fit-outs we sequence around joiners, electricians and flooring contractors — spraying doors and joinery off-site where the programme demands it.
